Use this form to book an electronic strata search, whereby search data will be securely delivered to you electronically. Following is the process to be used: 1. Commence by filling out the form below. Kindly provide us with correct authority so that your request is not delayed. 2. If the correct information is supplied, Premier Strata will send you an e-mail within 24 hours that will contain the requested informaton. 3.By completing this online form, you are ensuring compliance with Section 182 of the Strata Schemes Management Act 2015 which states: an owner, mortgagee or covenant charge of a lot in a strata scheme or a person authorised by the owner, mortgagee or covenant charge may request the owners corporation to allow an inspection to be carried out. The fee is $34.10 for a one hour search.
