We have with their assistance done major projects from roof renewal , balcony railings , tree lopping, downpipes. Multiple quotes done with competent tradespeople. Definitely a good Strata Management Team. (Angelo Cruz is our strata manager).

A very detailed and thorough strata managing agent. Premier Strata is easy to deal with and they always provide the best information available for any person to make an informed decision. In particular, I have found Jessica Dooley and Ian Whitfield to be honest and diligent people to deal with .They are very well read and know what they are doing.The good thing is that they have a very sound understanding of the surrounding strata managing laws of NSW which helps a great deal when doing business with Premier.
